Depending on your issue with purchasing tickets online, we have several solutions that you should try out. You have the following options to solve the problem:

a) No purchasing tickets confirmation

b) Error during payment
- Clear the cache (browser history), delete the cookies on your computer and try again after restarting your browser. Try paying with a different payment method. Please note that fees are added for certain payment methods.

c) Error on the website
- Try using a different browser. Our website is optimized for use with Chrome. Clear the cache (browser history), delete the cookies on your computer and try again after restarting your browser. Update your browser.

Ticket(s) may be purchased using Cash, Visa, Mastercard or Debit cards.

Yes, you need to purchase a ticket for a child above 2 years old.

Fortunately for any ticket purchased from www.terminal17.my, you do not need to change to a boarding pass.

If you are travelling alone, you do not need to print your ticket. But if you are travelling in a group, it is advisable for you to print a ticket for each ticket holder.

Once your transaction is completed, the ticket(s) / payment cannot be cancelled, or exchange and the payment made is not refundable

Yes, you are allowed to select your preferred seat during purchase only. You cannot change the seat after purchase.

Yes. Once you have begun the purchase process, your seats will be held for 5 minutes. You will need to complete your transaction within that stipulated time shown on the screen or you will be logged out automatically.

You will receive the email on the same day of your payment made. If your tickets do not reach you within the stipulated working days in the email, please call +603 7728 4789 or email us at helpdesk@eticketing.my to check with Transaction Number / Order ID (Order ID can be found in the Payment Confirmation email received upon successful transaction) provided.

Unfortunately, the bus cannot wait for delayed passengers. Express buses travel within a network and are bound to a timetable. Please ensure that you are at the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get on the bus at a later stop/terminal. Your ticket is only valid for the stop that you purchased.

Please lodge a report and provide your trip details to our Trip Administrator at +6012 429 3530 as soon as possible. We will try to reach the bus driver and ask him to look for your things, if any.

For safety reasons, we cannot transport any pets in our buses.

On your journey you may transport one item of hand luggage and one travel luggage item weighing up to 15kg. Label them with your name and address to avoid baggage mix-ups.
